Archaeological Zone of TULUM

08.04.2024 - 31.12.2024

The archaeological area of Tulum is 4.5 kilometres from the centre of the village.

It is one of the most famous in the Mayan Riviera and stands out as the most "alternative" place in the area.

Tulum has a lot to offer: its beaches, its coral reef, its handicraft shops, its gastronomy, its ruins, its cenotes, its lagoon and its nature reserve. You can't miss this holiday destination or your next holiday as it offers a wide variety of activities for everyone.

One of the most emblematic sites of Tulum is its archaeological area due to its privileged location on the shores of the Caribbean Sea and the excellent preservation of its buildings and murals. It is well known for its wall, which borders the main complex on its north, south and west sides, as the eastern sector faces the Caribbean Sea; it has five entrances and two watchtowers.

The archaeological area is open from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 17:00.

The last access is at 15:30 p.m.

How much does it cost to enter the archaeological area of Tulum?

Access costs $95 mxn and if you want to enter with your electronic device (pro camera, GoPro, video camera) there is an additional cost of $50 mxn.
